2 Words for Long Term Weight Loss

I really can’t stress the importance of the 2 words below. I will even go as far as saying you cannot lose weight permanently without operating off of these 2 basic words:

So what does it mean?

Authenticity: This requires you to become the most incredible, true, and raw version of yourself right now. Not once the weight comes off. Not when you “build more confidence” or “look better”… right flippin’ now. 
 
It also means you are willing to release all the stuff that isn’t you… 
 
The worry, the doubt, the part of you that wants to hide. 
 
The part of you that needs approval and fears judgement. 
 
The part of you that just wants everyone to like you.
 
When you can stand your ground as exactly who you are, nothing less, your body will happily morph to match this ideal version of you. 
 
Think of your weight as your biggest cheerleader. That cheerleader who is saying, “Come on you can do it! You can start becoming who you really are right now!”
 
Vulnerability: This is the part where people tend to get tripped up. In order to be truly authentic, you must be willing to be seen. Really.. truly.. seen.
 
No more hiding.
 
No more blending.
 
You must allow people to see exactly who you are: the good, the bad and the ugly. 
 
We all connect to real-ness. And most importantly for today’s topic… our bodies require it.
 
If you trick yourself into believing that all you have to do is make a couple adjustments with your food and exercise you will find yourself on this roller coaster time after time.
 
Honesty is always the best policy with your body, and guess what love… your body requires you to be real. All… the… time…
