As a professional speaker, author and coach, Michelle teaches overworked, stressed out entrepreneurs how to reduce stress around food and exercise, remove weight naturally and return to freedom in a body that truly expresses who they are.

As a society we are drowning in information and old dieting habits that tell us all we need to do is “eat less and move more.” Having struggled with her own weight Michelle was proof that these principles do not work for everyone. In the midst of starting her own personal training business, Michelle weighed her heaviest all while exercising 7 days a week and eating 1500 calories.

After a traumatic car accident, Michelle lost weight sitting on the couch unable to move. Through her own experience and the absolute immersion in everything weight loss Michelle is happy to use her education and life to help others lose weight and keep it off for good.

“Food is meant to provide pleasure and nourishment.  It is meant to be enjoyed and shared.  To state that it is merely meant as fuel or energy is denying one of all its properties.  Once we slow down and enjoy our food guilt free our body is able to absorb its nutrients and pleasures.  When this is achieved we feel satisfied and no longer search for alternatives.  When we are at peace with our diets we will have room to exercise and possess greater energy.  Weight loss will become effortless and fulfilling.  This is when our goal is reached; from there the scale will work with us instead of against us.”
