How to Get What You Really Want

You want to know how to get what you really want?

You start by knowing the truth… the external will NEVER give you what you want.

A new car won’t make you happier… it will only feel that way temporarily.

A bigger house won’t make you happier… that’s a false belief you are telling yourself.

And of course, a smaller body won’t make you happier, more confident or suddenly able to let go of judgement and shame… you will have temporary excitement, followed by the realization that everything you felt before (in your bigger body) is still there.

Now before you get bummed out really think about this.

If the external can NEVER give you what you want, what does?

When you change your internal programming… your thoughts, your beliefs, your patterns… you get all those things you want right now.

And before you tell me, “but Michelle, I really want a new car/a bigger home/a smaller body” ask yourself why.

What do you believe having or owning something other than what you currently have will give you? It’s always a feeling. And when you change your inner game you get to have those feelings right now.

So the solution is simple:

1: State what you want (lose weight, more money, etc)

2: Write down what you believe having those things will give you. (more confidence, happiness, etc)

3: Realize that you can have those feelings right now. You start by simply admitting that this is true. Stop resisting this truth, there is nothing to be afraid of if you admit you can have this now, before the “goal” is met.

4: Follow the steps that are divinely guided by your own personal intuition to have those feelings now. WARNING: This step is more intangible. There is no direct answer. It will be different for each of you, but it is there.

5: Live your incredibly fulfilling and amazing life with all these feelings you desperately desired before.

6: Watch the external transform to match the internal (lose weight, more money, etc) or watch how what you want externally may change or no longer be desired.

7: Rinse and repeat!
