If you just changed this one thing…

There is one MAJOR thing you can do that would create instant results in your life.

No it’s not to eat more kale…
Or walk 30 minutes a day.
It’s something even simpler…
Are you ready for it?!
Just do one thing complete out of the norm today. Something that is so far out of your auto-pilot it will shake your subconscious mind out of its current everyday patterns and force you to be present and think.
Think about it…
Everyday you do the same things. You drive the same routes. You perform the same activities.
So today instead of heading straight to the living room after work… you walk into your bedroom. Your subconscious mind will stop and say, “HEY! What the heck are we doing in here?” And you will be forced to answer.
Or instead of going straight to the treadmill at the gym, you walk over to the bike.
Even better…. Instead of turning on the TV and checking out at the end of your day, you pick up a book (hey maybe even my book?!) and read a passage and journal about your thoughts and feelings.
Do ANYTHING different today… and then do something else different tomorrow.
Pretty soon you will have a different auto-pilot… one that works for you. One that actually gets you the results you want!
