Many dieters have no plan when it comes to maintaining their weight loss. They follow the plan to lose weight, lose the weight, and then have no idea how to maintain their weight without working the diet forever.

Living present and fully each day should be mentally, emotionally, and physically rewarding, with plenty of opportunities to go out and enjoy life!
