Could there be ONE THING causing all your stress?

When people are not as happy as they should be and stressed out all the time what possibly could be the CAUSE?

I bet it is about their BODY more than anything else.

And they don’t have the body they want, need, and deserve because they NEVER stick to a weight loss method long-term.

So the real cause of their stress and being unhappy is just that…INABILITY TO STICK TO A PLAN.

And until they FIX this BIG PROBLEM nothing will change for them.

They WILL continue to suffer, struggle, and be stressed out. I guarantee it.

However, the GOOD NEWS is it’s easily fixable

If they have an open mind and are wiling to learn, practice, and master the skillset to become someone that sticks to a plan.

Because that is the only thing I have been doing for the past 9 years…helping people learn skills to stop emotionally eating, exercise when they want to, and stick to this plan so they can have their ideal body, be more happy, and STRESS FREE.

So the first thing most people do not understand is that they cannot be under the delusion that the simply have to change what they eat and how they move to lose weight permanently. They cannot be thinking to themselves…”I just have to put myself on a plan to eat healthy and exercise, then everything will change”.

Let me shed a of DOSE OF REALITY here…

Every person struggling to lose weight has to understand why they over eat, binge eat, lack motivation, etc., and then LEARN the skills to eliminate these things.

It’s not a matter of intelligence or willpower or force…

There are actual skill that people without the weight struggle have that allow them to easily and effortlessly maintain their weight.

Alright, now you may be thinking to yourself…

“Well they have different genes and have a fast metabolism, thats why they don’t struggle..”
Let me explain some more reality… I have scoured the scholarly articles and cannot find conclusive evidence that things like “fast metabolism” or even genetics can truly dictate whether or not someone can learn how to build motivation, stop eating when they are full, connect to a type of exercise consistently, or stick to a plan that feels right for them.

These habits, that someone may be currently lacking, that people who don’t struggle possess, CAN BE LEARNED, and therefore your body and life can be different.

And even if you don’t believe this can actually lead to weighing less permanently in this moment (and I promise I will help you change that), can you at least agree that it would feel SO MUCH better to live your life like the following:

– Eat when hungry and stop when full without willpower
– Exercise in the amount that you actually want to without force and coercion
– Eliminate mindless snacking and nighttime binging
– Feel motivated and empowered to succeed in life
– Feel more confident in who you are and what you can accomplish
– Become a finisher who sticks to plans and actually creates habits you want
– And SO much more.

So the choice is yours, you can FEEL MORE CONFIDENT to live in your IDEAL BODY, ELIMINATING STRESS and become the HAPPIEST VERSION OF YOURSELF.

Plain and simple.
