Basically, I was eating no carbs.

But I had been trying to lose weight with no success for a while…and so I was DESPERATE to see that scale move down, no matter what it took.

I spent ALL THIS effort measuring my food, working out like crazy in the gym.

My workouts were excruciating because I had no energy (from not eating carbs) and my trainer was working me super hard. But I was committed to carb-cycling and I did lose weight.
