Let me answer your exercise, yoga and weight loss questions

So it’s January… chances are you have all sorts of new years resolutions, great intentions and solid plans in place to put your body and your health first.

I would love to help you out with this burst of motivation and help you continue it throughout 2015. So here’s what I want to do for you.

You have questions… I have answers. 

This is your chance to utilize my experience as a personal trainer, yoga teacher and weight loss coach. Simply post any and all questions you have about your body below and I will happily answer them.

I will either schedule a call to answer them… record the answers… make a video or a workbook. I haven’t decided yet. This is my gift to you as to help you start this year off educated and informed.
