I’d check my weight every single day checking to see if it was working… and it refused to move down.

My emotions were up and down depending on what that scale said.

Then by the end of the week – I was exhausted and couldn’t even think straight.

And I still was trying on piles of clothes to have none of them look good.

Then after a few good days in a row, I would eat a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and feel like another person took over my body!

So I’d get even stricter to avoid that happening again.

Then as soon as I was back on track – the same thing would happen – but this time with white chocolate chips.

It was a mess.

And it seemed like everything I read contradicted what I read previously.
