Not Having Your Ideal Body Keeping You Up At Night?

Many people do not fully understand why they cannot seem to figure out this weight loss thing for good. They feel like they know what to do, and yet, they can’t seem to just do it consistently to have the body they dream about.

And because they don’t really understand why they can’t solve this problem, they waste time, money, and energy on various weight loss methods when they are pretty sure they will just fail at this one too.

“Rowing harder doesn’t help if the boat is heading in the wrong direction”

Even worse is they think that if they do exactly what the weight loss expert tells them to do it’ll be the end of their troubles. All this expert help will finally change them into a person who sticks to a weight loss plan forever.


You see some of these weight loss companies are happy to keep taking your money over and over again knowing that you will be back when you fail.

And the other ones, that truly have your best interest at heart, don’t actually know how to transition you into a person who can follow a plan consistenly.

So even when they give you an awesome weight loss plan to follow, they don’t know how to help you follow the plan.

It’s like ordering the perfect weight loss solution, having a big box show up with all your prayers answerred, and never opening the box.

And most people, don’t know how to help you open the box and follow the contents inside.

Also, most of the experts out there have the wrong contents in the box anyways. So even if they do convince you to open it, it’s never going to work long-term.

Most likely, the contents are all really helpful and valuable! But, the creators have a background in health and fitness, not psychology, and so, helping you change will always be hard for them.

Tip – In order to lose weight, most people will need to change parts of them they consider their personality. And so, a background in psychology is crucial for long-term success.

Joining weight loss program, after weight loss program, isn’t helpful if it doesn’t actually solve the real problems leading to weight gain:

Binge eating and overrating

Lack of motivation to exercise

Fear of weight gain


People do not need to learn how to eat healthy and exercise if they do not first understand how to stop binge eating and overeating, how to actually get themselves to exercise consistently, and how to eliminate fear of weight gain.

Not that long ago, I too was turning to the traditional weight loss experts for help.

Yeah right,

I gained weight like crazy, grew a strong resentment for the gym, started binge eating every night and became obsessed with my body and losing weight.

After a slow, satisfying dinner you enjoy a peaceful evening without endless trips to the fridge leaving you feeling light and relaxed for bed.

Now this is what it’s like to be at peace with food, exercise, and your body.

If you spend your days obsessing over what to eat and what not to eat, forcing yourself to do exercises you hate or not exercising at all while feeling guilty, and feeling heavy and uncomfortable in your body it’s time to end this – heck, life’s too short!
