One Woman Succeeds At Losing Weight While One Fails…WHY?

I want to tell you a quick story about two women, Jennifer and Samantha.

They are both married, middle-aged women with kids.

They both have been struggling with weight their whole life.

They’ve both experienced binge eating, lack of motivation, and struggle to stick to a plan.

They’re weight loss journeys are similar in every way EXCEPT one thing.

Jennifer has been taught by me how to ELIMINATE binge eating & CONSISTENTLY succeed in her daily habits leading to long-term weight loss.

And Samantha only relies on the traditional weight loss methods focused on changing what she eats, or how she exercises.

Jennifer no longer fears weight gain, easily eats when she is hungry, stops when she is full, and exercises in the exact amount that feels best to her, no more, no less.

She actually feels free in her body not because it’s perfect, but because it’s the best version for her. She feels more confident because she actually built confidence FIRST instead of relying on a smaller body to magically change her life. She is “ON TOP OF THE WORLD”.

Jennifer has learned a new skillet for living her life free of excess weight and has found that this NEW SKILLSET is the KEY to her success.

Now Samantha is in a very different situation…she is STRESSED OUT, struggles and suffers week-in and week-out and constantly bounces from one weight loss method to the next. She is not happy and it is taking a toll on her health.

Samantha will lose weight and then gain it all back making her feel frustrated, defeated, and frankly like giving up.

Samantha is utilizing the same strategies that most everyone else is using… change what you eat, change how you move, and magically, your whole life will change.

Let me shed a of DOSE OF REALITY here…

The majority of people struggling to lose weight do not need more nutrition or fitness education, they need lessons in emotional eating, mindfulness, psychology, human motivation and behavior, success and growth mindset, and possibly most importantly, how to actually STICK TO A PLAN and change their lives.

No matter how hard you work at losing weight, not understanding these other skills will stop your success right in its tracks.

Learning the proper SKILLS to live a life free of excess weight is crucial to your body changing permanently.

Alright, now you may be thinking…

“How can I make these changes, they are part of my genetics and fixed personality traits?”.

Let me explain some more reality…The way in which you show up to change is not fixed in your genetics and personality.

There are not some people in the world that are lucky enough to be confident, motivated, and successful and some that are not.

BUT, those people that you see succeeding seemingly effortlessly, do have a skillset that you have yet to learn, and it’s your responsibility to learn it, practice it, and master it.

So, the choice is yours if you want to be successful like Jennifer or keep doing the same things over and over like Samantha.
