When you learn how to do those things, you will not only be that person who loses the weight, you will never have to deal with this weight thing again.

And now after struggling with my weight, I am finally living in my ideal body without fearing weight gain.

I have finally figured out how to master the skill of living in my ideal body without force and deprivation.

I went from being an anxious, insecure, overeater with endless nights of binge eating

to having peace all the time, no longer fearing weight gain and living in my ideal body.

The overeating stopped, the binge eating ended and I felt in control of food again.
