Terrified of Gaining Weight Even Though You’ve Done Everything Right?

Have you ever thought to yourself, “I have ALL the tools for losing weight but no matter what I try I still can’t seem to get rid of this weight issue for good?”

You know…

The diet.

The trainer.

The meal planning site.

The exercise program.

The paleo recipe book.

You have ALL the tools but you’re still not getting the results in your body that you should be!

I hear this all the time from dieters who reach out to me for help.

It’s probably the #1 issue I hear.

And the sad part is – It’s only getting WORSE.

The “Weight Loss Tool BOOM” is in full swing and it can make you think that you are only ONE TOOL away from an avalanche of weight loss to solve all of your problems.

But if you look at the amount of times you’ve lost and gained weight – It’s not happening like the company said it should.

I remember thinking to myself – “How is it that I can have all the tools and still be having this problem?”

I was getting stronger in the gym and eating healthier and still gaining weight.

It was a mess.

But I was an addicted to the next shiny object!

I thought that there had to be some tool out there that would fix my problems.

Maybe a new approach to food?

Or what about that new exercise program?

Or how about that fasting thing that everyone keeps talking about now?

“How was it that EVERYONE else was doing awesome, dropping weight like crazy, and I was stuck, confused, and overweight, yet I was using the same tools?”

But I realized what the real problem was, fixed it, and my body transformed permanently.

You see – your problem is not actually your problem.

You don’t need another tool, diet or exercise program to get your weight los drop.

Here’s Why:

All of those tools and tactics can’t work if you don’t first look at WHY you are eating too much, moving too little, or whatever else you perceive is getting in the way of losing weight.

Why would the answer to YEARS of weight struggle be that you just eat too many carbs and not enough fat?

We have to look under the hood to see what’s going on first!

Then, once we understand what’s going on, we can begin to look at any potential issues with food and exercise.

From there, we seek to make behavioral and cognitive changes to create new thought patterns, beliefs, and habits so that you automatically do the things you want to do with food and exercise.

And this is the ONLY way to guarantee your results will last beyond months or a year.

In other words, The REAL PROBLEM is…

The system!

You can have every dieting strategy memorized and nothing will work until you understand human behavior and psychology.

And that’s a problem!

Because if you already knew why you did things, you would be able to change them!

And that sucks! I would love for you to be able to do a few things and have it magically transform your body and life, but we truly have to understand who you are on a deeper level before we can attempt to use a tool or tactic.

Fortunately, there’s a really simple formula that works for understanding the WHY behind what you do and help you become someone who automatically eats when they are hungry and stops when they are full.

So if you are ready to end the chaos of crazy dieting fads and intense exercise routines – then lets fix this!
