There is nothing worse than wasting your hard earned money and time on weight loss strategies that end with weight regain.

I was guilty of this and what a big MISTAKE that was.

So I was committed to becoming the fittest version of myself when I was 21.  I was unathletic and didn’t know anything about working out or nutrition.

So I trusted the “so called experts” at the gym, magazines, and of course, the internet.

And what did that get me?

A 25-lb weight gain in a year following their plan, working out everyday, and eating healthy foods.

NOTHING they recommended actually worked at getting me closer to toned arms and sleek abs.

Have YOU ever been able to actually eliminate issues with emotional eating, effortlessly exercise, and live without fear of weight gain by following their plans?

I Bet NOT.

The experts in the weight loss industry have been PREYING on us for years. And they always end up making money and we SUFFER and don’t.

The weight loss industry experts create programs that will cause your body to weigh less, and that is it. They ignore the obvious side-effects from their approaches and they ignore the fact that it will only work short-term and is designed to work short-term.

They don’t actually know how to help you eliminate emotional eating, feel true motivation to work out, and ultimately eliminate fear of weight gain.

They are as perplexed as you are which is why when you inevitably fail with their method, they blame you!

Are you SURPRISED to hear that?

Are you wondering…How can that be?

Well it’s the SAD truth.

To this day I have never met a person who teaches traditional weight loss methods that understands how to actually get people to not just lose weight in the short-term, but solve their long-term issues with weight.

I know this sounds crazy but I want you to stop and think for a minute…don’t they just recycle the same type of thing over and over again and then tell you to simply follow it forever?

That’s what they do.

They figure if the method failed, it must be because the person failed the method, not because the method is actually dysfunctional in itself.

But the hard cold reality is the method is broken.

And even if the method was solid, if the majority of people cannot follow it for life, THEY need to figure out how to solve that problem, not you.

This is called INDUSTRY INCEST…everyone is copying everyone else because they assume it is working. But it is not… and they all blame the person trying to lose weight instead of going back to the drawing board and thinking critically about why most people are failing.
