Want to host content for students to access in an organized way? Teachable has been my favorite platform for the price. Students can go through their courses and there are many functions to make it easy for the teachers to set up content.
I love Wufoo for collecting information from people, applications, etc. It has more features than Google Forms and even has a free option.
If you are looking for privacy policies or anything to be compliant on the web you’ll want to use iubenda. It does all the heavy lifting for you and makes Facebook very happy with you running your ads. It’s also very inexpensive.

I organize my business and my life with Meister Task. And, it’s totally free. Manage all your projects, To-Do’s, monthly/daily tasks, everything.
I use Loom for tutorials for clients and my team. It records your screen like screen-cast-o-matic but it integrates with google chrome seamlessly.
